This manifesto was produced by two founders of the San Francisco counter-cultural group known as the Diggers. In 1971 they undertook a tour of the communes of North America, distributing copies of this tract which spelled out the philosophy and methodology of their "regular rolling event spirit fare fair truck race & traveling radio."
